• Orders ship from the UK

• US orders ship DDP (customs included, tax applied at checkout)

• All other international orders (including EU & Ireland) ship DDU and may incur customs fees on delivery

1. Dispatch 

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excl. bank holidays).

During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. When out of office, the earliest available dispatch date is announced on the homepage.


2. Shipping & Delivery 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Once a parcel leaves the UK, tracking continues with your local postal service (see Royal Mail's Delivery Partners).

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• UK: 2–4 working days

• EU: 5–14 working days

• USA / Canada / Mexico: 5–20 working days

• Australia: 10–15 working days

• Rest of World: 10–25 working days

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside our control. 


3. International Orders & Customs

United States Orders (DDP)

Orders shipping to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).

  • A 10% tax is automatically applied at checkout based on your location
  • No additional customs fees are due on delivery
  • Please ensure your VPN is disabled so taxes are calculated correctly
  • If taxes are not applied correctly at checkout, we may contact you after purchase to resolve this before dispatch

DDU (All other countries, including EU & Ireland)

International orders (including EU & Ireland) may incur customs charges on delivery. These are paid by the buyer.

  • All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid)
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are not included
  • Fees are set by your country and cannot be controlled by us
  • Customs authorities or local couriers may contact you directly

 

4. Unpaid or Refused Customs Charges

If a delivery is refused, delayed, or returned due to unpaid customs or import charges, the order will be treated as a failed delivery caused by the customer.

In such cases:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Any return shipping, customs, or handling fees will be deducted from any refund

• A packaging fee will also be deducted

If return costs exceed the order value, the parcel may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
