What are the model's measurements?

Do you do reservations/holds?
I’m not able to offer holds. Items are available on a first come, first served basis.
Do you restock sold out items?
Because most pieces are vintage or secondhand, it’s very rare that I find the exact same item again. Once something is sold, it’s usually gone.
Every now and then I may come across something similar. If you missed out on a piece you loved, feel free to message me and I’ll keep it in mind for you.

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. I’m not able to accept returns for sizing, minor colour variation, fabric feel, or fit.

[International] Do I have to pay for tax?
For US Orders:
Based on recent regulation changes, US-based buyers are subject to a fixed 10% tariff/tax surcharge upon checkout to pay for DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This ensures smooth customs processing and that there will be no surprises or additional tax to pay once you receive your parcel.
For Ireland, EU & International Orders:
Yes, orders are shipped DDU. All buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT and import taxes that may apply when the parcel arrives into their country. Due to legal reasons, I am unable to mark parcels as gifts.
Orders returned due to refused customs payments are not eligible for full refunds.

How sustainable and ethical are you?
Sustainability is at the core of what I do. By choosing preloved, we extend the life of existing garments instead of creating new demand. They come with their own history, and each purchase is a continuation of that story rather than treating clothes as something temporary.
Orders are packed in eco-friendly, carbon-conscious mailers sourced in the UK then wrapped in acid-free paper for protection and tied with jute string or ribbon.
When I’m sourcing, I make sure the people I partner with are paid fairly for their time and care. So when you shop here, you’re also supporting small businesses and independent sellers along the way.

What are your Working/Office Hours?
My working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT with the exception of Drop/New Collection times where I'll be active to answer any questions. Otherwise, I may respond to messages outside these hours, but response times may be slower, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Out of Office/Holidays will be announced on both socials and website in advance.
