Final sale policy
All items sold by Midnight Fae are second-hand and sold on a final sale basis. Returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or fit, personal preference, or minor variations in colour or texture are not accepted.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photographs carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge the item’s condition as described.
Customers retain their statutory rights under UK consumer law, as set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Second-hand condition
Unless explicitly stated as new, all items are carefully curated second-hand or pre-owned pieces and may show signs of wear consistent with their age and prior use. Any notable flaws will be clearly disclosed in the item description.
Subtle imperfections, such as light wear or minor signs of use, are part of the nature of second-hand items and are not considered faults.
Colour, fit, and measurements
Every effort is made to display colours as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and individual colour perception.
Vintage and second-hand sizing can vary significantly. All measurements are provided in inches, taken flat and unstretched. Sizing or fit issues are not accepted as grounds for return or refund.
When returns or refunds will be considered
Returns and refunds are accepted only where Midnight Fae is at fault, including where an item is significantly not as described, faulty beyond what was disclosed, or incorrectly supplied.
If this applies, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence where relevant.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will cover return postage costs and offer a refund or replacement where appropriate. Each case will be handled individually under this policy.
Orders placed in error
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and this refund policy will apply.
Shipping and dispatch
Midnight Fae ships worldwide via Royal Mail and aims to dispatch orders within three working days of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. See our Shipping Policy for details.
